  • Production Variability: Our garments are produced on demand. Minor variations in print placement or brand tag presentation (including intact tear-away tags) may occur across production runs. 
  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to modify product specifications, update descriptions, limit quantities, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.


SECTION 3 - ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Glisk & Co. reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been processed and a formal confirmation notice is issued.

Because items enter automated regional production quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification requests once confirmation is complete. Refer to our [Refund & Returns Policy] for eligibility regarding defective or damaged goods.

All items sold on gliskco.com are intended strictly for personal or household use and may not be purchased for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an item will be the posted rate at the moment your order is submitted, as reflected in your order summary.

Standard shipping is integrated into item pricing globally via our network of regional print facilities (managed via Gelato). Estimated delivery windows provided across our site are operational targets, not guaranteed dates.

Glisk & Co. is not liable for transport delays caused by postal carriers, local customs processing, or environmental disruptions outside our direct control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.
