Where does my order ship from?

Glisk & Co. products are fulfilled through our print partner, Printful.

Depending on product availability, garment type, size, and stock levels, orders may ship from Australia or other regional fulfilment partners used by Printful.

At launch, Glisk & Co. is shipping within Australia only while we carefully build and refine our systems.


Why can shipping take a little longer?

Glisk & Co. uses print-on-demand production, which means your item is created after your order is placed rather than sitting in a warehouse.

This helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste, but it also means production time is required before shipping begins.

Typical production time is:

2–5 business days

Shipping time is then added on top depending on your location.

We would rather provide realistic expectations than overpromise fast shipping.

Please note these are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or carrier delays.


Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some products may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.

This can happen when:

  • different garment colours or sizes are stocked in different facilities
  • one product is available locally while another is not
  • inventory is routed through multiple fulfilment centres

Can I track my order?

Yes.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.


Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet.

Glisk & Co. is currently launching within Australia first while we establish reliable systems and maintain quality control.

International shipping is planned for the future as the brand grows thoughtfully and sustainably.


Why doesn’t Glisk & Co. offer express shipping?

As a small independent print-on-demand brand, our focus is currently on:

  • quality
  • thoughtful production
  • reliable fulfilment
  • reducing unnecessary waste

Because items are made to order, express shipping options are limited at this stage.


What happens if my order is delayed?

Occasionally delays can happen due to:

  • production demand
  • shipping carrier delays
  • public holidays
  • severe weather
  • stock availability

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will help however we can.


My order arrived damaged or incorrect

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a short description

We will work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
