Refund & Returns Policy

At Glisk & Co., every item is made to order through our print-on-demand production process.

Because products are created specifically for each order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect sizing selection
  • ordering mistakes
  • preference changes

We strongly encourage checking sizing guides carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • incorrect
  • or with a printing issue

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

info@gliskco.com

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a short description

We will work with our fulfilment partner, Printful, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered where:

  • an item arrives damaged
  • the wrong item was received
  • there is a manufacturing fault
  • the print quality is significantly defective

Issues caused by:

  • incorrect address entry
  • choosing the wrong size
  • change of mind
    are generally not eligible for refund.

Production & Fulfilment

As Glisk & Co. uses print-on-demand production, items are created after your order is placed rather than held in stock.

This helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste while allowing us to grow thoughtfully as a small independent brand.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair where required under applicable consumer protections.
