Sizing Guidance & Measurement Protocol
- Standard Unisex Fit: Fits true to size with a relaxed silhouette through the shoulders and torso.
- Over-Sized Preference: If you prefer an extra-roomy fit to minimize fabric contact or body-sensory awareness, order one size up from your usual size.
- Measurement Method: Take a flat-laid shirt that fits you best. Measure across the chest (one inch below the armhole) and length (from highest shoulder point to bottom hem). Compare those numbers against the grid below.
