Who are Glisk & Co.?

Glisk & Co. is an independent apparel brand created in Western Australia by a late-diagnosed neurodivergent mum who spent a long time feeling slightly out of step with the world.

The name “Glisk” comes from an old Scots word meaning:

“a glimpse of light.”

That meaning became the foundation of the brand.

Glisk & Co. was created from the idea that even small things — comfort, humour, softness, honesty, feeling understood, wearing something that feels emotionally safe — can matter deeply in everyday life.

This brand was built for:

• neurodivergent minds

• overstimulated humans

• exhausted mums

• soft rebels

• anxious overthinkers

• beautifully different brains

• and people who have never felt like they fit neatly into the mould

The designs are inspired by real life:

• overstimulation

• masking

• emotional exhaustion

• humour as survival

• comfort as regulation

• identity

• softness

• and finding small moments of light in hard or overwhelming days

Glisk & Co. is not fast fashion, trend chasing, or mass-produced motivational merchandise.

It is a small, intentionally growing brand focused on:

• quality over quantity

• emotionally intelligent design

• thoughtful production

• honesty over perfection

• and creating pieces people genuinely connect with and keep long term

At launch, Glisk & Co. operates using print-on-demand production through Printful and primarily uses premium AS Colour garments to prioritise comfort, consistency, and durability.

This slower approach allows the brand to grow sustainably and intentionally without producing unnecessary excess stock.

Everything is still very small, very human, and very much a work in progress — and that is part of the point.
